1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jeetbuzz l platform and all services connected to it. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to abide by them.

jeetbuzz l is an online gaming and sports betting platform that offers casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting including cricket to users in Bangladesh. These Terms are available in both English and Bengali; where there is any ambiguity between the two, the Bengali version will prevail.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account on jeetbuzz l:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
• Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
• The applicant must be a resident of Bangladesh and legally permitted to participate in this type of gaming activity.
• An identity verification process (KYC) may need to be completed before registration is finalised.

2.1 Accuracy of Information

You must fill in your full name, mobile number and other details correctly at the time of registration. jeetbuzz l reserves the right to close an account if false information is provided. If you need to update your information later, please contact the support team.

3 Age Verification and Minor Protection

The minimum age to participate on jeetbuzz l is 21 years. This is strictly enforced. At any stage of registration we may request a government-issued identity document (National ID, passport or driving licence) as proof of age.

If a guardian suspects that a minor in their family is using this platform, they are requested to notify our support team immediately.

4 Account Security and Login

You are responsible for the security of your own account. You should not share your password with anyone and should change it regularly. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact us immediately.

4.1 Unauthorised Access

If someone accesses your account without authorisation, jeetbuzz l does not accept responsibility for those transactions unless it is proven that this occurred due to a fault in our system. If you forget your password, it can be recovered by verifying an OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

4.2 Multiple Devices

The same account may be used from multiple devices. However, it may not be possible to keep multiple sessions active at the same time. For your security, avoid logging in on public or shared devices.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

jeetbuzz l currently supports transactions via the commonly used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

5.1 Deposits

• Deposit methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).
• Once a deposit is successful, it is generally credited to the account instantly.
• The correct reference number must be used when making a deposit.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a mobile number registered in your own name.

5.3 Transaction Verification

jeetbuzz l reserves the right to verify any transaction. Additional information may be requested and processing may be delayed in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jeetbuzz l offers various promotional offers to its members. Each offer has its own terms, which are stated at the time the offer is announced.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000; before withdrawing this bonus you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts, using someone else's details, or placing coordinated bets for the purpose of abusing bonuses is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

6.3 VIP Program

Regular members can participate in the VIP program. There are four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.6% for Silver, up to 0.9% for Gold and up to 1.2% for Platinum — calculated on weekly net losses.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules must be followed when placing bets on jeetbuzz l:

7.1 Validity of Bets

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error occurs on the platform.
• Bets are accepted before an event begins; for live betting, bets can also be placed while the event is in progress.
• jeetbuzz l reserves the right to cancel a bet if incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded in accordance with the applicable policy.

7.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on various sports including cricket and football. Betting is available on T20 World Cup, BPL, IPL and international matches. Odds may change in real time.

7.3 Casino and Slots

All casino games and slots operate according to a defined RTP (Return to Player). Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and each round is completely independent.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeetbuzz l and, if detected, may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Placing bets through fraudulent methods or attempting to manipulate games.
• Placing bets using software bots, automated scripts or any other artificial means.
• Placing bets by taking advantage of prior knowledge of an event's outcome.
• Using this platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Placing bets using a third party's account.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Attempting to influence the outcome of bets through fraudulent arrangements with other users.

9 Limitation of Liability

jeetbuzz l will not be held responsible under any circumstances for the following:

• Bets or opportunities lost due to internet connection issues.
• Outcomes resulting from faults in third-party software or services.
• Losses incurred during unexpected technical disruptions.
• Losses arising from your own incorrect bets or misunderstanding of a game.

In the event of any technical disruption, jeetbuzz l will carry out a proper investigation and take appropriate action.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing. As part of responsible gaming, you may also choose temporary or permanent self-exclusion.

10.2 Closure at the Platform's Initiative

jeetbuzz l may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• A significant breach of the Terms.
• Fraud or dishonest activity.
• Registration using false information.
• Extended inactivity on the account (more than 12 months).

Where possible, the user will be given notice before closure. However, in cases of serious breach, immediate action may be taken.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

13 Responsible Gaming
